Office Opening Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm, Sat 8am - 12:30pm, Sunday by prior appointment.                                                                                 Documents Required at Time of Hire: Driving Licence(If a new style UK licence is held it is very important to produce both parts of the licence( i.e. the photo-card and the paper counterpart), along with a recent utility bill to verify your current address. If you are moving home, proof of the new address will be required.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Payment: We accept all major credit and debit cards.  Please note we don't except cash or cheques (unless by prior arrangement).                                      Charges: At the time of commencement of rental, customers must lodge payment to cover all estimated charges plus a £150 / £250 deposit.                             Rental Rates Include:  Maintenance, oil, comprehensive breakdown service. Rates do not include fuel.                                                                             Driving Licence: The customer must produce a valid driving licence at the time of every rental. The driver must have at least 24 months driving experience on a full licence. Certain endorsements may be accepted at the company’s discretion.                                                                                                                           Age:  Minimum age 23*, maximum 70.                                                                                                                                                                                     Insurance:  All vehicles are covered by an extensive policy which customers are invited to examine except where the hirer elects to use his own insurance.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      *Drivers Under 25 Years of Age: The rates do not include the first £500 of each claim for loss or damage to the vehicle. This liability may be reduced to £150 by the customer accepting the C. D. waiver and agreeing to the additional charges of £3 daily, £15 weekly. Drivers under 25 may hire vans from group 1 or any cars from groups 1 & 2.                                                                                                                                                                                                             Damage: Customers are responsible for the first £150 of any accidental damage to vans and cars in Groups 1 - 5 and £250 to cars in Groups 6 - 10, including upholstery, windscreen and tyres unless such damage repair costs are recoverable from a third party. The hirer is liable for all damage costs caused above cab high to the full cost of the repair.                                                                                                                                                                                              Security: All vehicles are fitted with alarms and / or immobilisers.                                                                                                                                          Breakdown: Full AA / RAC cover.                                                                                                                                                                                           Satnav Hire: Satellite navigation units(Navman) are available @ £5 per day or £20 per week (please reserve when booking your vehicle).                                  Child Seats and Roof Boxes: Child seats, booster seats and roof boxes are available for a small charge (subject to availability).
